οι περισσοτεροι χομπιστες σε διαφορα φορουμ που διαβασα λενε οτι:
"To answer the original poster's question, it uses hydrolysis to convert CO3 to CO2. While it does produce CO2, it does so by lowering KH and raising the water's total dissolved solids by producing by product from the chemical reaction. It will stop working when all the KH has been stripped from the water.
People who have tried it have reported that in the long run it cost more money than pressurized CO2 because the carb blocks need replaced often. There have also been reports that the holder for the carbon block fails after several months, warranting replacement for that as well. Finally, people have reported that plant growth with the carbo plus was not as good as with pressurized CO2.
If you like to experiment you might want to try it, but otherwise you would be better off avoiding it."
στα ελληνικα σε γενικες γραμμες λεει οτι: μετατρεπει το co3 σε co2 κανοντας υδρολυση χρησιμοποιοντας την kh και χρειαζεται παρακολουθηση για να μην πεσει σε επικυνδινο επιπεδο.επισης λεει οτι μακροπροθεσμα δεν συμφρει οικονομικα οσο η φιαλη. δεν ξερω κατα ποσο ισχυουν ολα αυτα αλλα φαινεται να εχει πολυς κοσμος αυτη την αποψη...
