i am afraid the "droping" is quite a lot more than 30%..i would say about 50%..and several of your customers in my area all have the same problem.
it is a great inconvinience but i truly have to say that you have plenty of unhappy customers here.
anything we could do about it so we can replace the light that is "lost"?

For you want to change how many item? If just replacement the bulb is just a few dollars, it require for you burn the chips for yourself
But if require to replacement a new item, you better told us you want to replacement how many item, that we can calculate the item price and shipping fee for you"
