κλοουν γλυκου?
 

καλησπερα σε ολους θα ηθελα να ρωτησω καποια πραγματα για τον κλοουν γλυκου οπως λεγεται στα ενυδρειαδικα καθως δεν γνωριζω το επιστημονικο του ονομα...αυτο που μοιαζει με γατοψαρο και τρωει σαλιγκαρια κλπ..

το ξαδερφακι μου που εχει 6 τετοια κομματια εδω και 6 χρονια τα εχει κανει τεραστια...ή τουλαχιστον ετσι μου φαινονται καθως ειναι τουλαχιστον 12 με 15 εκ. μηκος..
το θεμα ειναι οτι θελει να γυρισει το ενυδρειο του (περιπου 340 λιτρα) σε κιχλιδατο αλλα δεν θελει να τα αποχωρησθει..
αυτο που θελω ειναι οι γνωσεις σας και επιχειρηματα ωστε να του δωσω να καταλαβει οτι δεν ταιριαζουν με μαλαουι..
οπως διαφορετικο ph gh kh επιθετικοτητα των ψαριων και διαφορετικο ''μενου''... καθως και οτι τα ψαρια θα τα χασει συντομα και αδικα...
σας ακουω γιατι δεν ξερω για τα συγκεκριμενα τιποτα...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

"Clown Loaches are often sold at the very immature size of 1.5 inches (4cm) or so, but they should not be considered for the smaller (or even medium-sized) aquarium. They will grow quite rapidly from this cute size to around 5 inches (13cm), thereafter the growth slows somewhat, but with good care in a large tank, they can easily reach 8 to 12 inches (20 - 30 cm). They are big, bulky fish at that size. The two fish pictured were 8.5" and 10.5" body length when pictured. That is a standard foot rule beside them.
A potential owner should seriously consider the long-term commitment in purchasing a group of this species, as they will require ever- increasing size of aquaria and may potentially live at least twice as long as some small dogs.

Adults will eventually require an aquarium measuring at least 6ʼ x 2ʼ x 2ʼ. Even small specimens of this species must initially be housed in an aquarium that is 4ft long as a minimum. Anything smaller can cause these fast-swimming fish to become stunted and stressed. "

They are highly susceptible to Ich if great care is not given to their acclimation or environment maintenance. It is suggested that the aquarium be designed around their requirements specifically, rather than them being added to an unsuitable environment."

Μαζί με τα cory, είναι το αγαπημένο μου ψάρι. Κάποια στιγμή σκέφτομαι να στήσω ένα 500λιτρο με 3-4 clown loaches. :p
